All the Good Things Red

I feel that I have a certain acuity for certain color ranges. Green, as it goes yellow or blue, and as it goes gray with red, comes easily to me. Yellow and the tints of warm and green and the magic of pale violet seems to also be well within my vocabulary of color. Red, however, always seems to confound me. Warmth tends to also emulate light or luminosity, and cool tends to become more than a lack of light, but a lack of body, and green seems to go into a place of darkness and mystery. Juggling these three aspects has always been a challenge for me, but that doesn't stop me from continuing to attempt to learn something from some vivid red subjects.
